We do not recommend sending large files as attachments to email. If your files are over five Megabytes use FTP to ensure file integrity. If over 100 megabytes it’s best to provide files on CD or DVD with laser prints if possible. Access our site either using an FTP program such as Fetch or simply use your internet browser. If using Internet, type ftp.accentsa.com into your browser address bar. (If that doesn't seem to work, try accessing that page from the link on our website: www.accentsa.com/ftp. Once you've accessed our site you will be asked to enter a user name and password. STEP ONE PC users need: WinZip ( Click Here to Download ) Mac users need: StuffIt or MacZip ( Click Here to Download ) Download the appropriate compression software for your computer platform and create one compressed file from your working files. All jobs sent to Accent Imaging via FTP MUST be compressed. Once you have done this, continue to step 2. Once you have them, continue to step 3. STEP THREE Press the "FTP Connect" key A window will pop up asking for the Username and Password.
